"Carlos our shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly, and helped us with logistics and gave us suggestions on where to go eat. He was very polite. The only suggestion I would have about the shuttle service would be that you would drop off further down. The hill toward Broadway for older people walking up the hill is very difficult. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the strawberries. Our room was clean. Maintenance came up and brought a bathmat and installed it quickly. We mentioned to them while they were there that the ice machine was not working and it was working within a short period of time after they went and looked at it. Thank you very much for an enjoyable vacation."
