Cari Resor di Washburn

"Indicated Breakfast was available on website. Discovered that was not reality. We had to go elsewhere because breakfast was just some bread to make toast, cereal and coffee. Staff indicated muffins were normally there but out of them by the time we went to breakfast. This is not what we were used to seeing at other stays in different hotels such as Comfort Inns."

"Washroom was not clean"

"Nice property, we enjoyed our stay."

"When we arrived to our first room my wife found the bed pillows and bed was in disarray also couch pillows were messed up like someone was still in the room So we were given a new room and in this room we found hair on pillows and blankets on top of that we went to complain and all the manager offered us was Bonvoy Points which we didn’t accept they could of offered us a free breakfast or drinks nothing And when we checked out no one was at the front desk my wife had to locate someone to help...

"It wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean. Not much breakfast options."

"Definitely recommend. The staff was exceptional and the amenities were just as described. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained. The room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff was attentive and thorough."

"Paid for two night and got them at decent price can’t complain about that, my only complaint is the bed sheets I had found a blood stains on them and took awhile for them to get replaced, other than that the room and hotel itself wasn’t bad at all.."

"This no frills property fit the bill after a long day of driving. Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast, kind, and helpful staff. We were surprised that the nearby food options seem to all be Mexican, which we had eaten recently, so we traveled a few miles away to find a pizza spot!"

"Clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"simple, clean, quiet,"

"Great breakfast and clean rooms."

"Excellent locations. Bigger than it appears or posted. Restaurant on site was excellent great salad bar food all around was great."

"The ac wasn't working the best if we turned it down it got way to hot having it on blast was to annoying and turning it off would get way to stuffy we opened the door for fresh air but it was cool outside.... Like the location cute lil walk around to the pool the place could be a lil cleaner I would say .... But we had a good time"

"The rooms have been nicely renovated but the outside and office are old and need a face lift as well. The TV would only turn on and the guide and menu buttons wouldn’t work so we couldn’t change channels, stream, etc. When we were out of coffee, there was none available in the supply room and after calling and requesting some, it was never provided so we left our room. Customer service was not good and no one was available on the property."
