The breakfast was ok. Bacon was over cooked. Coffee was cold. I was disappointed that when I asked about a tour information, your staff didn’t have much information. I was told to take the subway. I don’t reside in Washington and have no clue about the subway

Although the facility was undergoing renovations, the room itself was clean and comfortable. There were no rugs or carpets on the floor. I preferred them bare, much more hygienic so I was very happy.
