Gateway Hotel
The parking was gated, but we couldn't get in for 10 minutes. The sheets were clean. There was a centimeter gap in the door when it was closed.

Prompt service, good concierge valet parking @ excellent price, which in this part of DC is outstanding. Clean and fresh. Can be very hectic in the morning around 8:00 with tourists and tour groups, so be prepared at checkout.
