"They had to shut the water off plumbing issues. Even after it was fixed I was still having to take lukewarm showers. Also the tub was so slippery I had to hang on to the rails so I would not fall. They gave me extra towels to put on the bottom of the tub that helped. The sink had hot water so not sure what the issues were. The toilet was really hard to flush. "

"My trip here occurred during Easter weekend so definitely a busy time. The hotel was wonderful and the staff pleasant to deal with starting with valet outside. Very lovely hotel - crisp, clean, with luxury that's not over the top. My one concern is that, being downtown, this is a noisy area but the soundproofing whether the windows or walls need work. At night there would be loud hangouts on the top level of the parking garage across the street and you could REALLY hear it from inside my room. The room had windows facing this area so I wasn't surprised to hear something, even sirens once, but the amount of noise coming through surprised me. "
