"very convenient. beach is just across the street. exceptionally clean. mgr. could not have been friendlier. every morning a small breakfast off the lobby: bagels, donuts, cereals, juice, coffee. housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. plenty of parking on the property. we highly recommend Avondale. "Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was regarding maid service. We left the room available from 0700 to almost 1500. Room had not been cleaned. We decided to put out the do not disturb sign. We got a text message close to 1600, asking if we wanted maid service because they were leaving for the day. We opted out of maid service for the day."

"Beautiful beach view from our room and balcony. The room was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and let us into our room early to get changed for a wedding. We did not use the pool or bar as it was very chilly. We would definitely stay there again. "
