"The room was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The bathtub was filthy, and the door did not close properly, which made me feel unsafe. The room was clearly not fit to be rented without first replacing or fully renovating the bathroom and completing the necessary maintenance. On top of that, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was unhelpful and showed no concern about the serious condition of the room. This place is absolutely not worth the money,...

"The hotel itself was amazing. Beautiful. Clean. Close to restaurants. But they only had 2 EV chargers, and both of them were down. Super inconvenient when you had plans and have to now figure out where you can charge."

"We arrived late and a bit tired, and the young lady at the front desk was so helpful. She provided excellent recommendations, details about DC and a map. All through our trip the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the Metro station. Having the Bluestone Lane Cafe beside the hotel was perfect for early breakfast before beginning our day."

"We we there for the 4th of July Celebration and it was wonderful. Staff was great and answered all our needs in a very professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel as it close to everything. They do have a valet service that is great. I would recommend that they do more to disclose the parking fees. They are a bit high. Also I think it would benefit both hotel and restaurant to have better communication when big events are on the horizon. I would definitely stay here again....
