"Absolutely disgusting place. From the moment we arrived, it felt unsafe and sketchy people hanging around, cars with people sleeping inside, and the entire parking lot smelled like smoke and weed. There’s no real lobby, just a run-down, poorly maintained property that reeks of a horrible, unbearable smell. The staff was completely useless and unprofessional. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was filthy stained sheets, dirty walls, and even marks from smashed bugs/roaches. The smell...

"Not too clean, bed sheets smells, the weed odor all over the place is disgusting, even the reception lobby smelled. Definitely not coming back. "

"Great and clean location there is no free parking have to pay for parking in the shared garage also the pool was under repairs I was told this has been an ongoing situation but on the site it don't mentioned anything about the pool no being available and I chose tbis location just for the pool. Breakfast was great and the staff was awesome and helpful "

"The location was amazing it was right along a bus line and very near everything that we wanted to do during our vacation. The main lobby was a cozy space that made you feel at home and the staff was very nice and also helpful. We will definitely come and stay again. "

"The room overall was fine, but 2 queens beds sheets and pillow sheets have stains and looks dirty. One of the bed sheets had blood stain. The AC was making a lot of noise even we turn in on low level. It has great location and the best price"

"Parking was easy, but with the people out there smoking weed, you may just get a contact high walking to your room. Cleaning staff had no idea where the check in office was nor if I could get more than 2 towels for for people or if the dirty blankets on both beds could be changed. Wi-Fi... If you wanna call it that... Was spotty at best."

"A/C never went below 73 degrees. Front desk associate was not formal and did not set my room key properly. I then needed to come back to the desk and wait 30 minutes to be seen again. The desk associate seemed annoyed that i had a issue and another associate had to resolve the problem."

"Needed an ice machine and a vending machine to purchase water or soft drinks. Coffee should be free at front desk."

"Breakfast was fresh and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However……if you need additional towels or bedding you need to go to the front desk to pick them up. Housekeeping was never available to deliver them. "

"A great and complete hotel with everything you need, adjacent to a nice little neighborhood and a very convenient Metro Station."

"The only downside I noticed was that there are no outlets inside the capsule for charging phones, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning could definitely use a proper cleaning to make the stay more comfortable. Some travelers don’t seem to respect others while sleeping. I was awakened by a loud noise coming from the top capsule, which disrupted my rest. But overall, for just a night it was okay. "
