"Room was clean staff very friendly but it was very noisy due to people in the halls, we checked in & left room only to check out people putting cigarettes out on the floor in the back of lobby approached by people who didn’t seem to be staying in hotel. Thank you to registration staff & security for stopping this & respecting privacy!"

"This hotel was really a mixed bag. I was suppose to get some perks with Expedia such as a food and beverage credit and room upgrade. They did not mention any of that when I checked in and I had to inquire. They confirmed the food credit was available, but would not give me an upgraded room. I believe it was because we already settled into our room before inquiring about the upgrade. I will never let the Expedia 'perks' sway me to book a particular hotel again. However, I was able to check in early which was so nice after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, but the window was facing a dark wall. I could not see anything which was a real disappointment. And did not get the upgraded room and in fact, I probably got the absolute worst room in the entire building. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again. The location was in a decent area, but the restaurant attached was awful and we had to walk to find food. I think this hotel is okay."

"My second stay here and did not disappoint. The room was very clean. Staff, especially Julia, was very welcoming and pleasant. Great stay!"

"Shops were close . No laundry . The hair dyer was not working. The hot water ran out after one shower. No soap or shower gel or shampoo and the assortment in the shared bathroom had no shampoo and several grimy bottles of conditioner that were unusable. No heating in the room and it was a very cold night, leaving the room at 55 degrees. The sink was put together with duct tape and the bedding was torn. The extra Blanket had clumps of boogers on it. We left after one night of a two night stay . And we had the luxury room without sharing the bathroom with other guests in the standard rooms . "

"Perfect location for a visit to downtown silver spring. Clean & quiet updated rooms with Comfy beds.our room was directly across from the elevator and we weren’t disturbed once all weekend. I think the room needs a microwave "

"I have stayed here many times and usually have an excellent experience. However, this time it was not so great. The plumbing needs some work. Our toilet did not work and I assume because we didn’t get to the hotel until almost 11 PM but we didn’t staff wasn’t working. Therefore someone did not show up to the room until 12:30 AM. Housekeeping, or somebody should check to make sure the toilets are flushing when they review the room. Apparently that did not happen. I also saw some hairs on the lampshade in the bedroom. I had a suite. The bathroom was really small in the suite. I would likely not due a suite again. We were awoken at 7 AM on Saturday either due to construction or just loud noise. We faced the alley, which was not a nice view at all. You would think they would give me some sort of preference or about around after how many nights I’ve stayed there this year.! "
