"There is a lot of construction in the area, so it is noisy. The hotel is dirty, housekeeping is poor. From what we could see there was no second pool, the big pool has a roof which covers more than half of it, which they perhaps class as indoor and outdoor. The small, isolated part of the pool where the stools are was completely unattended, dirty with dead bugs and cigarette butt inside. Reception is not staffed 24/7, the receptionist leaves at 5pm and if you are lucky you can get hold of the security guard after that. "
