"I expected a much nicer room for the price. The toilet kept running until we finally got someone to fix it. The air conditioner turned off the first night. It was quite a long walk to our room due to a limited number of stairways. The pool was nice. But the third day of our stay the pool had over 30 people in it from one group making it impossible to swim. Very overpriced."

"TLDR: Poor customer service, musty smell, dirty room. Showed up to the hotel and there was nobody to check us in. We waited in the lobby by the front desk for half an hour until a worker strolled in holding a bag of Taco Bell lol. We'd been spamming the front desk phone with calls to try to get someone's attention, walked the entire first floor looking for someone, and there was NOBODY. The lobby had like 5 other people sitting on the floor and laying on the bell hop carts because we were...

"Filthy room. Beautiful, newer, hotel but room poorly maintained. My feet were black from walking around the room, every time I turned on the bathroom water a very strong stench of sewer came up, toilet had been not cleaned and there were pubes on the seat and poop marks inside the bowl, pillows were horribly old and beat up, plus not enough of them, took hours to figure out how to use the television. Even from maintenance. Bad was hard. You'd think a lovely hotel would be their first investment...

And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city"

"Staff at times was unwilling to accommodate at times. Picked this hotel because of pool. Pool was closed for the entire week of our stay. One elevator was continuously down. Room was clean enough. No shampoo or conditioner when we first arrived. Found this out while in shower."
