"Mattress's were very soft and sagy. Handicapped accessible is a joke. Three little short bars near the bathtube and that was it. No handicapped bars near the toilet, toilet was not an extended height model."

"The staff is almost non-existent. When we came in to register we waited 10-15 min for someone to get to the desk because she said she was cleaning rooms (at about 10:00PM). She said they had very little staff. The room had no amenities. No coffee pot, or anything else. It did have a small kitchenette, but no utensils at all. Room was clean, so no complaints there."

"I have stayed here before. I will stay again in the future even though the room deposit is a stiff $100.00. Most hotels in the area hover from $50.00 to $75.00. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile. I like it because it's quiet. The staff will not knock on your door incessantly like another property in the area. The breakfast is adequate even if they run out of an item the front desk will put out more. I can safely recommend this property."

"Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel"

"This is a gorgeous boutique style hotel. Everything was perfectly appointed. Much like a European small intimate hotel. Staff was so kind and responsive. Location is perfect. Walk to everything. Highly recommend!"

"The elevator didn’t work. She did find us a room on the first floor. The bar of soap had been used. Garbage in the bathroom. Tv didn’t work floor by the bed was wet. Horrible continental breakfast."

"Stayed here with our kids for a few nights and had a great time. The rooms were well appointed and beds super comfy. Used the gym facilities as well. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel twice and both times the food was delicious. Parking at the garage next door was easy and quite convenient."
