Hotel murah di Waterford

"This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting"

"Clean, location was very good, nice furniture. Did not like that the side door was one at all times! Breakfast was limited to carbs. With dietary needs, couldn’t eat anything except maybe the orange. No bananas or oatmeal. American diet is not healthy!"

"The rooms are spacious and sre always clean. They offer a good breakfast every morning. The staff is always kind. If you don't want to sit or lie in the bed all day/ or night, there is a separate living area, that's very nice. The Hyatt Place is our choice of hotels in and out of Michigan."

"The onsite team or front desk was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to retrieve the item, I noticed how dusty it was under the bed. Keep in mind, the bed sits high off the floor and the floor is vinyl. There was a film along the plastic baseboard that only happens when you mop without sweeping and now there is gunk stuck to the baseboard and floor. My recommendation is that at least twice per year the beds are pulled out...

"I wish the door closer to the elevators and our room would unlock with room key.we had to use other side door when we came back in evening which was a long walk with luggage"

"There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure."

"The room was clean when I got in but the shower floor was brown. I assumed it was stains in the tub. If you’re looking for breakfast to get by then this would be good, otherwise this wouldn’t be your hotel. The breakfast was limited (warm up sandwiches, make your own waffle, cereal, and maybe juice if it works). Parking was never an issue and the staff were really friendly and helpful."

"Great staff! I tried to check in and my room wasn't ready. I came back 3 hours later and they remembered me by name and had me checked in right away. Breakfast was great and hotel room was super clean and comfortable."
