"The room was dirty and badly maintained. There were deep scuff marks on the walls the shower floor was filthy as was the top of the shower. Dirt on the curtains, duvet was torn. Underneath of sink loose and falling off. I have photographs to support this . When I told reception about this they seemed unfazed and just said they would ask housekeeping about it when they came in. We had booked breakfast but decided not to risk it. "Very cutesy and beautiful hotel. Staffs and their services are exceptional. Keep in mind this is a much smaller hotel than you think. There is no elevator so bringing your luggage would be a hassle. If you are a taller person than the rooms realistically might be too small as well."
