Hotel dekat Watson's Mill

"Came to the Hard Rock in Ottawa to watch Ron White at the casino, so decided to stay the night here as well. Big beautiful brand new rooms, comfy beds, big shower and quiet. The casino floor is downstairs and in the back- is the concert hall, so this was a great spot. Casino is new and there is a ton of machines and tables in there. We ate at the hard rock for dinner- smash burgers were good- I’ve had better but the food was descent. There are afew restaurants and a snack bars in the casino....

"Clean and updated rooms, really nice. The breakfast was just OK. Sometimes the sausage was over cooked and dry but other than that it was good. The room was really nice. The beds were super high, I really liked that. The TV was blah... not smart so couldn't connect to my Netflix and also the guide didn't show so I had no idea what was coming on or which channel had what.. if the guide worked and it were easier to find things to watch, I wouldn't have mentioned.. "For what was advertised and what I received for what I paid for, I was very disappointed. Not very clean, unwelcoming, loud. Would if was advertised as what it actually was and photos matching what you were getting, I would have stayed somewhere else, or expected a much lower rate. It’s not a terrible stay, just felt it was misrepresented for value of what was actually received"

"Breakfast was minimal at best, and could easily be improved. The breakfast staff person was excellent however. The elevator was the only place where I questionned the quality of maintenance and the choice of equipment. I was in an accessible room which was very impressive. If it were possible to add a door stop to the bathroom door, it would make it easier to enter and leave the room."
