"I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend !"

"I arrived late for check‑in and the process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel is right next to the highway, so there was noticeable traffic noise, and some guests were talking loudly outside at night. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more relaxing."

"Staff was friendly but the hotel itself just isn’t great. No phone or dresser in my room. The air didn’t work when I first got there and had to be fixed. My room was identified as “handicap” but still had a normal tub shower that someone in a wheelchair would have very much not been able to use. The room keys didn’t work half the time and other people in my group had to get their keys replaced multiple times. No light fixtures at the mirror in my bathroom but instead holes with exposed wires...

"Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

"What was worse? The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "

"Honestly, you get what you pay for. The motel is kinda run down. The room wasn't really that clean…. the towels and sheets didn't even look properly washed. If you’re looking for something cheap for a quick stay and you’re not picky about it being super clean then this is it for you. The only good thing about the stay was the location convenience."
