"The shuttle was a big plus. The staff, especially, Caleb, went out of their way to accommodate. The only suggestion I have is to be consistent with times. Check-out was at 11 a.m. but on the back of the bathroom door it said noon. On the Expedia app and the hotel website it said the Sports Bar was open from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. but when I went around 1 p.m., I was told it didn't open until 4:30 p.m. Overall great experience and I will be back."

"It's a very modern and stylish hotel. The location is excellent, only a block from Chestnut Street shopping and two or three blocks into Rittenhouse Square. I self-parked at a nearby garage and it wasn't expensive. "
