"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment."

"Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful.
The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet.
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too.
Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again."

"We loved that hotel. The staff was great, the breakfast buffet was also good. The location was great. We could walk everywhere. The hop on hop off bus stop was not far. We were basically across the street about a block away from colourful Bo Kaap. We got upgrade to stay in a Loft on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the mountain range.
