"Room was clean, building is pretty but the A/C barely worked. Room was hot and humid and was extremely loud starting at 3am every morning. Not sure what was outside but I should have known how loud it was going to be given they had complimentary ear plugs on the night stand. Location is great but sleep was hard to come by."

"My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point.
We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected.
My only complaint was the low water...
