"Convenient location. The front desk receptionist was so helpful and kind. She addressed all my questions and made sure I had no questions before I went to my room. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again."

"The place was generally good. The elevator could use a cleaning. The room- linens and surfaces were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Carpets could use a cleaning, not vacuum but a real cleaning. The front desk staff were very helpful however, it was not possible to get change for a $20 bill. We liked the coffee service. We enjoyed the breakfast and the nice lady that prepared it. This is a well run hotel."

"Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Pool was good. AC was cold. Room was outdated for a Mariott property. Water pressure was terrible the whole stay. It took me 5xs longer to shower just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Baseboards were peeling off the walls and the tub was slow draining. The elevator was sketchy and made a super scary jerking movement. Overall, a decent place to stay but I think I’ll stay at another mariott next time."

"I felt safe as a single traveler. The parking lot was well lit and maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. They did a nice job remodeling the rooms. The breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. Everything was neat and clean. I would happily stay here again."

"I have never been to a hotel this gross....disgusting is an understatement! The rooms dirty! The hallways common areas elevator everything dirty! The entire hotel smelled bad and felt sticky. The 2 rooms we were in smelled horrible. Correction 3 because we had got one of the rooms switched because the air conditioning would not work and toliet would not flush...and the staff member had attitude when I told him something was wrong! I asked for towels and he huffed about that I got new stained...

"We had a Beautiful two bedroom suite. Perfectly located for shopping and entertainment. We were visiting for college of Charleston orientation and were 2 minutes or less walk to everywhere we needed to be on campus. Kelsey and John were welcoming, made check in a breeze and responded to any inquiries within a few minutes. Will be back and highly recommend 360 king for a stay in Charleston !"

Staff was so nice and attentive, breakfast was fantastic, amenities were truly exceptional, close to king street and everything we needed but not close to the extent where you can be bothered by noise. Our only recommendations would be a broader range of higher protein options at breakfast, late night room service options, and an addition of a house car to help with rides to local spots such as dinner. Will definitely stay again!"
