"Great room and facility. I enjoyed the casino also. I came to Philly to attend a function on the other side of town but ended up hanging out at the hotel way more than I planned. Good vibes, good people and great drinks."

"Very clean and close to everything dispute being in NJ I could get to Philly fine and the Roots festival fine. Stuff I need was close like Walmart and target and a movie theater was cool. Very cool and calm vibe for afterwards and a steakhouse right next door. A hidden Gem!"

"Very close to Rte 42. Nice staff. Lots of messes and spills in the elevators and parking lot but they cleaned them quickly. Rooms need some updating but everything was clean in the room."

"No frills, but conveniently located, easy to get to Phili (but $6 toll, only on the way to the city). Grocery store nearby. Best of all, we had housekeeping done every day without asking - which after the pandemic became rare in the US."

"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

"I did not stay at this property, a night was booked in error and the instant I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel, to which management responded "sorry. You're paying for this room whether you use it or not" i could not get ahold of anyone at the property to discuss the error. Even the phone number provided is "out of service" it took expedia nearly a week to get through to someone and they did not hesitate to let me know that I was stuck with the bill. So there's a lot of my hard earned...
