The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. "Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak.
