"The front-desk staff and the breakfast staff were amazing! They were very helpful and polite during a holiday weekend. We enjoyed being right across from the beach. While most rooms had at least a partial gulf view, we were placed in one that didn't. That was the only disappointment in our trip, and it was minor. Housekeeping doesn't come in every day, so you may need to ask if that's important to you. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness center during our stay."

"What I didn’t like about the property is that, it was to far away from the other properties. I also didn’t like that there were no light poles on the seawall sidewalk ( not well lit). It was black dark… so that made the hotel ratings go down… another than that I give the hotel a 4 stars"

"Right on the beach so our view and access was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed...the water pressure was a bit low for the shower but we managed. The staff was excellent, particularly Nicole, she answered all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction for things to do closer to town."

"This is a review of a handicap accessible room, first off. We arrived early and was allowed to check in a bit early. Lobby smelled fresh and clean. Went to our room on 4th floor, not so great but okay. Carpet in hallway was stained and faded. Inside our room, it was a tile floor. The bed was supposed to be (according to amenities list) lower to make it easier to get on to. It was high and I struggled to get on it. Also the bathroom, the toilet wobbled and rattled. The caulking around the base was coming loose from it. The bath chair I asked for was provided. The tub however was supposed to be a roll in. It was not but had a lower side that I still could step over slowly and carefully because the tub had no treads to make it non slip. We made do for the week though, had breakfast there a couple times, it was okay. The room still felt humid even though it was plenty cool."

"Great older hotel/motel, front staff is the best, very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers free 7 day parking for cruises which is great plus. Located about 14min drive from cruise port."
