"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

No extras like waters in room, iron, extra linens. Carpet, couch & desk chair fabric and well used. Beautiful view of Canal but the open patio below our window hosted a baseball team, and late night dads drinking, loud rock music and talking until after midnight.
