"Great hotel "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"I didn't see a pool even though online it says there is one so I wasn't pleased with that, also they can do some renovations in the bathroom grout was dirty, breakfast was ok they had no toast and they only had everything bagels that were kind of old and hard, fruit would be a nice addition "

"The staff and team were all amazing and went out of their ray to be helpful. The breakfast was great and consistent. Pool and hot tub were clean and available. I would stay here anytime! "

"Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a late check out. Near lots of places to eat and some shopping. Room doesn’t have toiletries and towels are tiny. Also although there is a thermostat- it’s analog and you have to turn the heat on and off. Overall though a good deal for the price. "

"When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. "

"The room was mostly clean but the bed had some stains on it. There was paper on the floor...made me feel that they didnt really clean. Staff was pleasant though."

"My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "

"Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! Love that also and of course the free breakfast and all the options they give for you to pick and the organization is amazing has well overall I will recommend and will...
