"When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

"Pool and hot tub that they advertise has been broken for years according to front desk. Property was clean, but was very dated and had a lot of burn holes and marks in the curtains and carpets, and the bed was way too soft. Better hotels in the area for only a few bucks more."

"Room was clean and well-prepared. Unfortuntaley the ventilation blows a stream of air across the head of the bed. Finally, while the room itself was perfectly clean, the air vent was disgusting ... clean throughly or replace.Suggestion : most hotels now add a grab-bar inside the shower ... it would be an added safety feature"

"Stayed here for one night on April 25-26
Arrived a few mins after check in got all set up and then i went up to the room they ga e me and the hotel staff was outside the room with the door open.. not sure if they even started cleaning it or was in the process of doing it.. anyways thats fine mistakes happen went down and got another room but thats not even the worst part
I had stepped out to go to the store and when i got back there was this couple using a keycard to go into the new room that...

"I like the location of this property. The facility is quite run down in many areas, but didn’t really affect our stay.
I will not stay in their unrenovated rooms again. I found it dingy, worn out and in need of an upgrade. The tub creaked VERY loudly every time we moved in the shower. The drain was clogged upon our arrival, but was fixed when we asked. The battery was dead in the thermostat when we arrived, but it was fixed promptly.
There was no ice machine, despite being marked as being on...
