"Beds are hard as rock. Pillows are pitiful. Staff was great. Laundry worked. Rooms were clean. Everything worked. Won’t stay again though as I could not sleep even after using the two bed comforters folded in thirds and stacked on each other for padding. Just horrible beds."

When I expressed my concerns of this room for 4 adults was told could have a smaller 2 bed room. We took the king room due to 4 adults and 4 pieces of luggage. The room was a studio suite bike fitness room. Could not even walk around the sofa bed once pulled out so my sister had to crawl...
