"Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. Apartment was perfect and clean, lots of space. The security man was very sweet and helpful and always around to say hi "

"I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know.
