Cari B&B di West Lancaster

"Great"

"Shower/tub were very dirty, one of the bed spreads was visibly dirty/stained, and breakfast options were not attended to or replenished and hot items were pretty cold. Truthfully, it was overpriced for the quality...or lack thereof."

"The pictures make the property look updated. The thick smell of a new car airfreshner was so heavy, it could be tasted. The room had over an inch gap under the door. I was afraid to remove my shoes and held my luggage. After 5 minutes I left to find another hotel. Turning down the sheets to "look" almost did me in...."

"Pool drained, jacuzzi in room permanently covered. 70's carpet, but appeared clean. Outside doors do not latch--security concern."

"cheapest place around but we have gotten lots better for same price in different locations"

"When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable."

"The room we stayed in had a toilet coming out of the floor so whenever we sat on it, it tilted. A faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall. There was a hair on the wall of the shower. The floor was not very clean. After I took a shower and walked across the room to my suitcase, the bottom of my feet were dirty. Will not be staying again."
