"Staff were really nice and welcoming. Our room cleaner Joyce made sure our room was clean and replaced all the dirty towels and would always asked us if there was anything else we needed. I really like the location of the hotel as it was very central to everything and is very accessible to everywhere especially the beach. "

"Views were good, pretty good location, breakfast was okay, my room was small but functional. the worst experience I had was with the elevators. one was out of service the wait was terrible. I had to wait sometimes between 20-30 mins to get on an elevator. This part of my trip put a little damper on it as other travelers staying at other hotels had to wait for me and I almost missed an excursion. Overall good hotel but wish i stayed on the other side of the hotel to avoid this issue."
