"The property is nice and in a good location if you don’t want to stay in Waikiki or downtown. I was disappointed in how expensive the parking was ($42 a night). Most of the staff are nice and very helpful. Particularly the front desk staff. On the morning of checkout, my rental car had a low tire pressure. The girl(I didn’t get her name, but I checked out at 4:00am) at the front desk went above and beyond to try to find a tire pump.

"I Don’t want to say I had a bad experience, but this hotel is literally good enough to just sleep.. At first I thought I arrived to a wrong hotel, but it wasn’t! It just looked completely different than it did online.. To be honest — It is very out dated.. At times it looked like it wasn’t cleaned, but that’s just the paint chipping away or rusting of tile in the bathroom.
The staff were nice, which was probably the best part.
Also, the continental breakfast is simply bare minimum.

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"the room we stayed in is kinda old. its somehow clean. but the vicinity is 100% SUPERB! 2mins walk to Waikiki beach. left and right stores and food place which is really plus for us! and also the staff are super nice and super helpful!! so overall i can say 8/10 they really need to upgrade the rooms. but if your like us. who's always out during your stay. this hotel is a winwin!!"
