"You have to pay for parking if you rent a car which is 44 dollars which is crazy the beds are not comfortable at all and they don’t clean your room every day"

"Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant."

"This was the best family stay that we’ve ever had. The staff is so nice. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a nice welcome with drinks and chocolate. The Free Breakfast was so nice, and we ended up saving a lot of money by cooking simple meals in the kitchen in our room."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"Customer service was ok but the hotel it self was horrible. They are slowly doing upgrades. But we had to change rooms 3 times because of poor lighting and roaches. The appliances had to be replaced because they were not working properly. Honestly the pictures they show are not accurate. It was honestly very disappointing. Parking was also hard to find."

"Vintage property nestled on a quiet side street in Waikiki. Minutes away from the fun of Waikiki shopping and dining. You don’t need a car to get around the area. Kind staff and clean rooms. Totally recommend this for a basic stay."
