"Wir fanden es sehr gut, dass es einen Shuttle Service gibt. Zudem war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück gab es eine angemessene Auswahl. Die Dusche ist schon etwas älter und nicht so leicht zu bedienen. Am Morgen hört man den Verkehr ein wenig. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz"

"This was a terrible experience. After a long day at the beach, me and my 11 year old daughter were in bed falling asleep when we felt stuff crawling on us. We realized there were soooo many BED BUGS on the bed. I was bit a couple of times, and had marking to show for it. I went downstairs and showed the staff, they did move me to a different room where I did not see bed bugs anymore but the mini fridge wasn’t working properly and the door needed to be slammed to close correctly. "Plan for resort fees at the end of your stay. Parking is not included with the stay. Yes you have a place to park but you are charged when you check out. Not a bad place to stay. Make sure to budget in the $800 (give or take, based on a 7 night stay)."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
