"Very convenient to the airport and I can’t say enough about the staff. Very nice bar with a great happy hour and good food."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"If you plan to stay here it's a great location close to the mall and beach. But if you are booking on travel sites you will be charged $30 a day resort fee at check in. Also if you rent a car you will be charged $50 a day for parking at check in. The parking is minimal and gets full at night. So plan accordingly or when you get back at night no parking."

"The location is excellent. It is situated only a few blocks from the International Market and next to Maragame Udon. Staff is very friendly and professional. The property itself is outdated and only one elevator was working. Hopefully they will renovate the property, because this place is truly a value for visitors to Waikiki."

"If you want to be nickled and dimed for everything, this is the place for you. $65 resort fee (for what? Maybe for all the construction they had going on throughout the property), $80 per day valet if you want to park a car, multiple taxes on the room. Not to mention, the buffet for dinner is $90 per person lol what a laughable joke. The only great part about this property is Lisa who normally works the morning breakfast buffet. She was incredible and made the $50 per person breakfast worth it."

"Staying at First Cabin was something different! Let’s start by its evidently amazing location. You’re right by the plaza, just across the street from the Royal Hawaiian. Countless restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. a short 7 min walk from the beach. My first impression as I walked into First Cabin smelled rather interesting.
