"Location for airport connection is ideal. It’s right across the Piccadilly underground station, one or 2 stops to the airport depending on which terminal you’re going. The breakfast buffet was okay, could be better."

"Best place to stay as we were catching an early flight. It is connected to the airport terminal 4. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are flying through Heathrow airport."

"Very easy to find when coming off a flight. We had an early flight next morning so was in a perfect location and we easily returned to airport to do a bag drop the night before. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist on arrival and upgraded to a luxury room with complimentary mini bar. We will most definitely use this hotel again in our future travels."

"Convenient location for connecting flights. There is both a restaurant and lounge in the hotel, which had a good menu selection. We were only there overnight, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Large shower, which was nice after being in Europe. Hallway carpets could use a cleaning, but the rest of the hotel was great."

"The room was really good, especially for an airport hotel. It was quiet and we had a good nights sleep before our flight. Car parking was at the back and seemed pretty secure. The only thing that let it down was the food options are limited and not very good."

"I stayed just the one night at this property, the room was nice for a quick one night stopover although a mini fridge would have been nice. The queues to check in were long at 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Not enough staff in my opinion. The staff were helpful though. The breakfast was good and appreciated the fact it started at 5am as I had an early flight. Value for money. Would stay again."

"The hotel is very conveniently located at the airport which makes life very easy. The room had no windows and it looked like a closet. The staff were really wonderful and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant place but the price is too high for what you get."
