"Good price. It is a relaxing hotel. Sofa bed was comfy. Service was good. Will return. Please improve on breakfast, scrambled eggs tasted a bit strange, we all couldn’t eat it. apart from that it is all good! "

"We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient with a good selection of beers and spirits at the bar. We ate dinner one night and the food was well cooked and of a very good quality. "The breakfast was fantastic, definitely one of the best.There was loads of choice both hot and cold. Plus the chef was more than willing to make my scrambled egg with Oat and not Cow’s milk. The property was on a bus route and the bus stop was close by. I had booked this property as I was attending the Wickham Festival and pleasantly suprised to discover that the entrance was a 12 minute walk. "

"Great little hotel, rooms are old fashioned but cosy and warm, rooms are spotless including the bathroom shower was hot and powerful. Ample of parking and the breakfast was good, filling and very adequate. I would certainly return and recommend. "

"A bit of an issue with the booking and whether breakfast was included or not. Advertised as free continental breakfast for all rooms, only to be told on arrival it wasnt included. Used the Expedia agent on the app to query, with screenshots. Breakfast hamper came about 15 mins later. Other than that, all good. Would stay again."
