"No issues at all, easy, great location"

"V clean and central. Good communication with the owner"

"The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped! That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...

"Great Location and Convenient Stay! The property is in a prime location, within walking distance of restaurants, a shopping mall, convenience stores, bus stops, train terminals, and other amenities. A helpful tip for future guests, especially those travelling internationally: the host sends check-in information approximately 24 hours before arrival, so be sure to check your messages and ensure you have received all the necessary details before checking in. Once you arrive, take a moment to read...

"Avoid booking this apartment at all cost. Wanted me to transfer money into unsolicited bank account as deposit. Refused to take payment by credit card offering no protection for me as consumer. Wouldn't allow me access to the property and kept my money. I'm surprised Expedia allow unscrupulous operators like this in the platform."

"i got fully scammed and won’t get a refund back"

"Reasonably priced place to rent. Clean room and kitchen, friendly staff 👌"

"On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted. After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed. Deeply disappointed and will not recommend"

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would . Took a chance on a place with no reviews and quickly found out why . On arrival stains on the bed and towels . Chewed up chewing gum on the side of the bed . Unclean kitchen . And cheap appliances . When I complained no response . I booked for a 3 night stay . For the first night I had to find a different accommodation to stay at as it was just that dirty . Contacted Expedia and was given a voucher . Response from this team is simply terrible . If you...

"The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The host was unresponsive before our arrival and throughout our stay, only getting back to us after we had already checked out, despite our attempts to make contact. There were no basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper. The bathroom door lock was also broken, meaning we had to use the toilet and shower without being able to lock the door, which was uncomfortable . The Wi-Fi was...
