"Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at. It was unclean, toillets clogged, showers clogged, towels were all dirty, the carpets were absolutely dirty and hallways wreaked of smoke . I will never stay here. It was a special occasion and I made the worst choice"

"We stayed here due to a procedure needed at a Philly hospital. It was more complicated, and we had to call to ask for extra checkout time. They really didn't work with us and only wanted to sell us an extra room stay. They gave us until 12:00 PM. Wow, so generous.
We pushed the hospital and were released early. We arrived back at the hotel about 11:20 AM and found our keys were disconnected. Of course, we received a fake apology, but it left a poor taste in our mouths"

Even if you want to explore other parts of the city, you will still be close to transportation. The staff was some of the friendliest we have ever met in a hotel setting. Chris, with Guest Services, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, if you have an issue...he will help you. We did need our lock box re-set and batteries replaced. The alarm went off very early for 2...
