"Well I was really disappointed to find out after getting there despite my pictures online showing I would get a balcony to find out it’s a $50 upgrade. The hot tub is currently broken and the pool wasn’t properly cleaned when we got there it was a bit dirty"

"Nice room with comfy bed and pillows. The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery and flowers, and lots of little places to walk or sit. The breakfast in the lobby each morning was very good, with excellent coffee served. I really enjoyed the purified water dispenser to fill my bottle, and the EV chargers are a real bonus too. The little Market on site makes delicious sandwiches. The hotel staff were all very kind and attentive. It was a fabulous stay. "

"Ours was a brief overnight stay, but we would love to do it again with more time to enjoy this posh experience. Wonderfully comfortable beds and Balmain bath amenities. The only negative: the room temp was too cool. I should’ve turned it up!! "
