"The property is clean and pleasant with good beds. There is little you can do to four green walls and a TV except dress it up and charge more. This was competitively priced for what I needed and compares well against more expensive properties such as the Hampton Suites nearby. What mad the difference for me was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. One manager Darrel, I think his name was, went out of his way to help me with a very difficult time making my computer work to print critical documents. That type of effort made a huge difference to me. I will be back."

"Facilities (4/5): for an older hotel, the lobby is fairly modern and the hallway floors look relatively new. Room (4/5): the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It has outlets for various types of cables and adapters. Bathroom (1/5): the bathroom counter is so low that it is more suitable for a daycare. The bathtub is also so small that it is about 2/3 of a standard tub. My friend’s room, however, has a standard bathroom. It might be just a matter of luck. Service (1/5): the front desk staff had a rude attitude. And if you did not book a room through Hilton directly and you may be treated poorly and be stuck with a different room type. I booked a King bed room but was given a double beds room without first telling me during my check in. I walked to my room at the end of the hallway and then had to back down to the front desk and ask for a King bed room. Instead of checking his computer to see if a King bed room is available, the front desk staff immediately claimed none is available and blamed others and me for faults (e.g., someone else assigned the room; you booked through a third party so we cannot guarantee the room type; you did not tell me earlier about your room type; etc.). After I walked all the way back to my room, he called and said a King bed room “just became available” but I declined because I did not feel like walking all the way back again and dealt with his rude attitude. It was an unpleasant experience."

"The rooms while listed as non-smoking, were not actually. There was a constant, headache-inducing smell of either nicotine or marijuana. I had to go to CVS and buy deodorizing spray and apply that multiple times. The continental breakfast was OK, but I did not feel secure inside my room. The only perk was being able to see my car where it was parked outside to make sure no suspicious characters got close. Our bathroom door was so damaged on the bottom that you could not close it. The shower constantly dripped, and it was stained from previous attempts at cleaning it, we opted not to take a shower over our two night stay. The toilet seat was so loose, it would shift when sitting on it. As two women, obviously we did not have the option not to sit, this was extremely upsetting."

"Breakfast was great and warm. Pool was freezing cold with no hot tub. Room was clean but with the size of the room there was only one AC unit and it was not near any beds, so the room was hot and humid, even when the AC was turned as low as it would go. Didn’t sleep with a blanket, only sheets"
