"The room looked as if it hadn’t been checked and cleaned in a while, dust and dirt everywhere, old food stains on the kitchen. The bathroom smelt like cigarettes, so I opened the windows which helped a little but still didn’t clear it. The pillows were pretty firm too so didn’t have a great sleep."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. "The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. I appreciated the availability of bottled filtered water and in-room coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers."

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "I liked the garden and being close to the river , but as I was in a wheel chair it was difficult to access the terrace and garden from the hotel restaurant.
There was no view from the window in fact couldn't see out or open probably for security reasons.
On the whole our stay was enjoyable the staff very helpful and kind .

"Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress.
I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, property was reasonably clean. "
