"Booked a room with a king bed but was given a room with two queens. It worked out and room was comfortable and clean. Just not what we were expecting."

They were trying to pull this on the woman in front of me in line too. They said that the only room they could offer me was a smoking room for double the price, even though there were only about 5 cars in the parking lot. My name was on a handwritten list of about a dozen people, and this sure seemed like a bait-and-switch to get...

"The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed additional pillows and blankets. The air conditioning was great, it was off when we walked in and I turned it on and down. It was comfortable and a blanket was needed. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast was very good. The selections were nice and different from other places I've stayed lately. The pool was closed, but not something we cared about as we were really there to rest and get to my daughters graduation."
