The staff is all really young and with that USUALLY comes inexperience, but this staff went far beyond expectations and would be something you would see at a Four Seasons. "The rooms are ok but the pool is very outdated. All the lounge chair are old and stained/dirty. The worst is the main lounge/restaurant. It took so long for someone to bring us water, then we had to wait another 10-15mins for a server to come take our order, then 30mins for the foods to come. And that's early in the morning with no hardly any guest yet. For the price that we pay, it does not meet the luxury standard by any mean. "

"Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Dirty, unmaintained stairs, elevator. Shower/bath: mold in corners poorly covered by caulking. Allowed a loud party in one of the upstairs rooms to go on until 11:30. Called front desk to report, no one would answer. Only thing average or above was the ground's landscaping. Would not stay here again."

This is the second time I have had a problem there. If you can avoid this place do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."

"The staff were extremely friendly! Upon arriving I realized that I did not add our children and we ended up in a room that was too small. The staff immediately switched us to another room and accommodated our needs! We are extremely satisfied with the staff. We will definitely return!"

"Place is so not clean. The room had a really bad odor and the restroom had a urine smell. The ac has ice buildup. Was very very disgusting place to go to. We didn’t end up staying and we left and the place didn’t want to do the refund. The front desk Joey was so rude. Terrible place to even think about going. "Our room was pet friendly and staff were very nice. Our room had a floor that needs to be replaced. The flooring was broken in spots with rough edges where we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. We have stayed before and always had good experiences so maybe it was just this room that needs work."
