I really liked it overall. comfy beds, great staff, AC worked good and everything was clean. It does smell like cigarettes but that’s the only complaint i have.

Place is so not clean. The room had a really bad odor and the restroom had a urine smell. The ac has ice buildup. Was very very disgusting place to go to. We didn’t end up staying and we left and the place didn’t want to do the refund. The front desk Joey was so rude. Terrible place to even think about going. They false advertise with the pictures and the reviews posted

We checked in late. It's strange that the front desk is not open. Not even during regular hours. The lady who checked us in had no hospitality. People were coming & going at 11pm. Sketchy! My friend & check in. She takes both of our credit cards but charged my card twice for both rooms. I figured maybe it's a mistake. I'll wait until it clears. We go to check into our room & the key card don't work. I tried both cards multiple times. I go back to the office, she resets & says try again. I do, still don't work. She comes up the stairs & says the lock probably needs to reset. We unload & leave for dinner. We come back & there is still people out. People with backpacks, look like they are sneaking around, etc. Again, my key don't work. I had to ask the front desk guy to open my door. We are ready for bed & there's knocking next door, more people with backpacks. At this time, I can't sleep thinking about the what ifs. Around 3am, I wake my husband up because I think I hear gun shots. He said it's fireworks. I think he was trying to calm my nerves. I am exhausted the next morning. Didn't feel safe to get a good night's rest. As I go to check out I tell the front desk window, I have 2 charges on my card. He said you were only charged for 1 night on our end. To call my bank to deal with it. I get a receipt and leave. I call the front desk on Tuesday because both charges cleared my account. They said both rooms were charged & I have to get the $ from my friend. SMH. Don't recommend!!

I am so happy that I only booked 2 nights. I planned on doing some catching up with online school work while in the area. I decided to book two different places for the week I’d be in the area just incase the internet was bad at one. Thank god I didn’t do the full week here. Upon my initial key, I opened the door to a very foul smelling room. I got a second key to another room which he said was the last room so I took it. The smell wasn’t as bad, but it was still apparent. There were stain stains on the towels, sheets, and curtains. There were cockroaches in the shower. There was two minutes of hot water before it went cold. The room next to me had two people arguing for three hours straight while I was trying to concentrate on a module for school then I had two people banging on my door at 5 AM saying police I looked through the hole and it was two people looking to score, as people would come and go to the room on the other side of me all day. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk as they were banging on my door, waking me up at five in the morning I noticed that the phone was not even connected. There was no dial tone. Parking was iffy as there was drunks walking down the street as it was right next to a liquor store. And God forbid you wanna cook something in the microwave, someone had cooked something very bad like plastic inside it. Yeah I don’t recommend it. I know how to pinch penny's, but not this cheap. I really enjoy staying at this property and am so blessed for the entire package and all the staff is top tier but I have to give a special shout out to Jason he is the best he is very genuine very helpful and I appreciate him so much I look forward to his shift because I know everything will run smoothly and it will be safe and drama free while he is here and if I need anything I can ask him and he never makes me feel like I am imposing or that it inconvenient for him and that is how hospitality should be done thank you sunset int owners and staff for making this place home to some of us it is a nice change

ZERO STARS!!!!! Upon arriving you notice homless hanging around. Then there is no lobby to enter only a window with enough space to slide papers and cards thru.. but the worst part was the room. I was supposed to have a nonsmoking room but even before entering the room it reaked of cigarettes and it was worse in the room. So there was body hair all over the sheets, the fridge was filthy and falling apart, there was a gap at the door as if someone had broken into it before, the shower shelves were missing so there was holes in the wall along with so much rust through the bathroom.. then I was greeted with roaches… so as I was sitting in my car looking for the next hotel I noticed a car missing every tire so it was resting on bricks.. oh and then the dogs barking the entire time 😒😒😒 it was seriously the motel from hell. Do not go here!!! Very Farley advertised..

Floor was sticky upon arrival. Room was nothing like pictures. Smelled terrible like cigarettes and dog. Stay away.. place is used as temporary housing not as a hotel.

The room had a stale cigarette smell. The curtains were very see-through so they didn’t block out the light and I could be seen from the outside of the room so I tried to be in there without any light especially at night. If I need to light, I would turn on the bathroom light and close the door as much as possible to still be able to see, but not allowing people to see in. I’ll be there are some full-time residence there so let’s see if people loitering around. I was on the first floor and could hear everything going on in the room above me. At all hours of the night. Needless to say I got a little sleep both nights.
