"Very small room. NO AIR CONDITIONING UNIT in double standard room - a fact I didn’t know until I went to check in. Friendly staff, they provided a complimentary breakfast for the lack of air con. Luckily there’s a small fan in the room which helped a little but this really needs to be changed as the heatwave was unbearable. The hallway is also very hot to walk through. The double standard room is the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - Premier Inn and Travelodge are bigger in comparison"

"Though the location is less convenient than the hotels in town center of Croydon, the connection with Bus is also fine with 5 to 10 mins walk. The Colonnades offer good choice of catering from fast food Macdonald to grilled chicken Nando. Breakfast is good with basic variety of eggs, beans, hashbrowns, sausages, fruit and flakes considering the relatively low room price."

"Came with my pregnant partner on Saturday the 30th to a very helpful and very pleasant receptionist to went out of their way for my partner to get us into a room quicker due to the hot weather, this was super duper appreciated! Very spacious room, good shower and toilet and even a fridge what made me super happy, especially with the hot weather. Bed was very firm but I slept like a baby. Rooms have amazing noise cancellation between the rooms. The only fault and this is ever so minor of a fault...
