"We booked a wheelchair accessible room and we were not disappointed. Room was large, very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was extremely large and well fitted with hand rails, a low bath, and lots of emergency pull cords throughout. We were able to book a Blue Badge parking bay on the morning that we were due to arrive. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay here again."

"The room was quiet. There were stains on the wall sofa and carpet. The carpet had a red stain, not sure what that was. My wife thought blood. The free internet was a smidge over useless. "

"Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready"

"I stayed 8 nights. in the first room I got the AC was broken and the bed sheets were not clean. In the 2nd room the AC worked for the first 4 nights. Then it made a very loud drilling noise that woke me at night and could not be stopped by turning it off. The AC did not work the last 4 nights and showed tools, so that it needs to be repaired. I reported that to reception, but nothing happened. As the windows cannot be opened, it was very hot in the room for the last 4 nights with respective bad...

"Terrible property. Continental breakfast was really just stale bread in the fridge with a few Jams and some coffee. The bathroom was disgusting and tiny. The washbasin further so."

"Character building with a room that had all the amenities. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff was genuinely helpful with all questions. About 12 minutes walk to tube station. Good value for money."

Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"
