"Arrived to find no phone in the room, which would have been nice to arrange an important wake up call the following morning. Compounding the issue was that my Alexa alarm clock couldn’t be connected to WiFi for an important alarm the next morning owing to the way in which you connected to the hotel’s internet.staff didn’t have any solutions as to how to fix this and seemed nonplussed. "The room and the staff were good and its 9n convenient location. However the breakfast and service during breakfast horrible. Not all items available and those which are available supposed to be hot are dry and cold. Some of them are not cooked well and left to cold and dry and sticky. I had a very good experience of breakfast at other Holiday Inns, but this place is worst, that I ever had."

"I stayed here a few months ago and I had hoped it had improved, however if anything it was worse. The bathrooms are something out the 1970s, the bath was marked with limescale and in the first room I was given the bath plug was almost impossible to get out and the bath was chipped. In that room the window was stuck open about 20cm and despite the efforts of a maintenance man it would not close. "The thermostat was locked and I was forced to sleep in a 77f room. They eventually brought a mini fan but that was not helpful as it just circulated hot air. I cut stay short next day. Terrible experience"
