"Great hotel for business or pleasure if you require a location near Westminster, Buckingham Palace, the Tate Modern and others. Not an inexpensive place, but the location is perfect for many. And it's worth it."

"Have had many stays at the MILLENIUM. Stayed in a club room but the “happy hour” amenity was no longer happening. Would have liked to have been informed on booking as this was a nice feature. But far worse, black mold on the tile under the sink!!!! Gave me the heebie jeebies every time a sat on the toilet. The Grand Lady in general is looking a little dated. There was one front desk clerk who was less than cordial, however, remainder of staff were great, ad usual."

On this occasion the room was very tired looking with broken or inadequate furniture and both the room and the bathroom in need of modernisation and redecoration. The room was also very cold, the hotel heating apparently being turned off on a fixed date without any allowance given for the variable English Summer temperatures.
