"The exterior has not been maintained in years. I thought we had the wrong address as it looked abandoned. The locks to the room were loosely mounted to the wall, the floors are so dirty that our shoes are sticking to the carpet The walls had holes in them. I wouldn’t bathe my dog in the shower. The shower had holes in the walls. Ceiling was cracked and falling into the bathtub. The toilet hadn’t been clean in years. There was debris all over the sink and the mirror was smeared.
