"This hotel was PERFECT for what we needed! The location is great (walking distance to London Eye and many other things) and a short 1 minute walk to the St James Tube Station.
I had read that the rooms were small, which they are, but they are very modern and well designed. The price is very reasonable. Everything is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices!!
I would definitely stay here again. "

First the pros -
Good location (aside from 2-3 street people)
Very well-equipped kitchen! Thank you.
Overall size and layout is good for privacy.
Delicious pizza/coffee place below apt.
Cons -
Building is leaning, causing misaligned doors. The front door deadbolt could not be engaged so we propped a chair in front of the door.
Mold on the ceiling of the left bedroom.
Bed was hard. Sheets were clean, but the old comforter and pillows stunk. I could not...

The history of the hotel is intriguing. The velvet on the walls and upholstered areas are impeccable. The rooms are nicely appointed with large bathroom. The price is great! Cookies are in the room at check in. The breakfast is great with made to order hot breakfast items. The staff give great history lessons on the hotel and places to visit while in London!

"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"
